In our experience it is always best to return goods either by special delivery or recorded delivery. Without proof
of postage we are unable to provide credit or refund.
All returns must be returned within 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days we can only offer an exchange.
Delivery Charges
Delivery to the United Kingdom costs £2.99 for all orders.
Delivery to the rest of Europe costs £2.99 for all orders.
Delivery to the United States of America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand costs £3.99 for all orders. For delivery to all other countries contact us for a price.
Delivery Times
Goods to the UK will be dispatched by a Royal Mail service. We aim to deliver in 3 – 5 days but during sale periods, Christmas and high seasons please allow an extra few days for delivery.
If your order is urgent please mention so in the Comments box when ordering and we will endeavour to dispatch it as quickly as possible. You will be contacted by email if there is to be any delay.
We cannot provide any specific time or day with this method.
International Orders
Unfortunately due to a high level of fraudulent activity/transacations, Baby5 has made the decision to not accept credit card orders from Venezuela.
