Our site is a secure on line facility. You can use the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch/Maestro or Solo cards.
We will not accept any credit cards which are due to expire within five days. If you order via an on-line facility you have the legal right to cancel your order
(if undispatched), you may also return your goods within seven days of receipt of purchase, as long as the item is in the packaging and the item is the
in the same condition that it left the Company.
We are however unable to return goods such as underwear for hygiene reasons.
Payments will be debited at the time of placing your order. Any items that we do not have in stock and you are not happy to wait for will be refunded back
to the original card the order was debited from. In such cases we will contact you to advise you of the situation.
It takes about 7-10 days to process returned goods. Your refund will be placed into the account/card that you placed the original order with. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

In our experience it is always best to return goods either by special delivery or recorded delivery. Without proof
of postage we are unable to provide credit or refund.
Fraud and Security
Unfortunately due to a high level of fraudulent activity/transacations, Baby5 has made the decision to not accept credit card orders from Venezuela.
We apologise sincerely to those customers who are geniuine. Should you wish to purchase from Baby5 and reside in Venezuela then you can transfer the money into

Baby5 does bot tolerate fraudulent activity and has put in place measures to prevent fraudulent transactions. These measures are now linked to the fraud
investigations department and will be dealt with.
